Apple Cinnamon Muffin



Ingredient

Apple – 2 cups finely chopped
Maida/flour – 1 cup
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Butter – ½ cup (50gm)
Egg - 2
Castor sugar – 1 cup
Cinnamon powder – 1tsp
Vanilla essence – 1tsp
Walnut – ½ cup chopped
 

Method 

1.      Sieve the flour with baking powder and baking soda.
2.      In a bowl mix butter till soft and creamy.
3.      Slowly add castor sugar, mix well.
4.      Now add the egg and beat till light and fluffy.
5.      Add apple, cinnamon powder & vanilla essence and mix well.
6.      Slowly add in the flour mixture and walnut.
7.      Spoon 3tsp of the batter into each muffin mould.
8.      Bake for 25 min at 1800c
