Ingredients
Butter
– 50gm
Garlic
– 15 podsAny Bread - as required
Method
1.
Grind
garlic to a paste
2.
To
this add the soft butter and mix thoroughly
3.
Apply
this to the bread and toast on a griddle/pan.
Note : You can get variation to this by adding 1 tsp. of cut mint leaf/ coriander leaf/ black pepper.
